As you might know, the famous plane crash scene from the third game looks to be recreated in the movie. However, while it looks to serve as a prequel, it might be strenuously tied to the games as well. While it has been almost five years since the film was announced to be reworked as a prequel, it certainly looks like this is what we’re getting, with Sully and Chloe (played by Sophia Ali) looking younger as well. Interestingly, Tom Holland looks not unlike a younger Drake who appeared briefly in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. In 2016, the final main-line Uncharted game came out (A Thief’s End), which very much served as a way to wrap things up, but we never actually got a focused origin story for Nathan Drake (apart from some short scenes in A Thief’s End). Back in 2017 when Holland was first cast as Nathan Drake, it was announced to serve as a prequel to the rest of the franchise. This brings us to… Why is Nathan Drake so young in the Uncharted movie? Now in 2022, he’s swinging from one Sony property to another (yes, Spider-Man is a Sony property) to play Nathan Drake in the upcoming Uncharted movie. He has also appeared in a range of other movies and voicing roles, but for now, it’s safe to say he’s just getting started. His first acting role was back in 2012 in a film called The Impossible. As Spider-Man, he starred in the titular movies Homecoming (2017), Far From Home (2019) and No Way Home (2021), along with Captain America: Civil War (2016) and the last two Avengers movies ( Infinity War in 2018 and Endgame in 2019). He’s mostly known for playing Spider-Man, a role he first started playing back in 2016 (he was only 19 at the time). Tom Holland is a bit of a heartthrob, a young actor of only 25 years of age. Who is Tom Holland, apart from Nathan Drake in Uncharted? Drake’s also portrayed as middle-aged, whereas Tom Holland is still quite convincingly a kid. I love Tom Holland, but Drake is a bit of a different character to Spider-Man. Originally, Mark Wahlberg was cast as Nathan Drake back in 2010, however more than 10 years on and past through the hands of several directors, it looks like Sony’s sweetheart Tom Holland will be playing the protagonist. Like, look at this sweet angel compared to who he’s playing from the game. Here you’ll find first looks to complete hands-on experiences with the latest tech on the market.Īnd when we mean much younger, we mean much much younger.

Even decors and appliances can come in different colors and designs too. It pairs well with white, navy blue, or metallic. Use it thoughtfully in a neutral and modern color scheme. It’s a chic but casual look best left to the tidiest among us. Wickes Kitchen Sinks fit any kitchen style and come in left, right and reversible layouts. Wood, metal, and glass are all en vogue, depending on the style of your kitchen, but one cool trick is to create a continuous shelf along the perimeter of your kitchen, as seen at the “Island Granite” booth at KBIS this year. Homeowners take another cue from Joanna Gaines’ playbook and rely on open shelving to show off their perfectly stacked plates and bowls. Whether you’re looking to save money or to make your kitchen appear larger, open shelving continues to be popular. Having one continuous flow of stone from the countertops up to the backsplash, and in some cases, to the ceiling, creates a polished, upscale look. I quit my interaction with the support team and asked for help to a higher level or at least someone that could understand my frustration. Please, let me know whether this option suits you.”Īhh… a downgrade? I said NO! I am willing to downgrade the version but not to a different program. “ We do understand your frustration and we can offer to switch your Luminar Neo license to Luminar AI that works fine with your hardware. Skylum support team answered the following: While searching the web, checking forums and asking questions, Skylum offered an “outstanding solution” explained in the next section. So, there I was trying to find the solution as fast as possible, but nothing came to my mind. Now it will load Luminar Neo opening splash window and quit out of a sudden. To elevate my frustration, the problem got worse. They advised not to reinstall, but I did!Īfter reinstalling the OS and loading all my applications and software, the time to run Luminar Neo came. Microsoft somewhat agreed with Skylum in saying that the problem might follow the hardware limitation and/or a program issue. Microsoft support ran all the tests and checks on my PC, and everything was fine. I spent 2 hours in a chat with Microsoft troubleshooting the OS and evaluate the possibility to reinstall the operating system to rule out a buggy or corrupted installation. So, I thought that something else might be the problem. I refused to believe that to fix my issue I had to invest 300+ euros in buying a new processor. It is not that I could not do it with LR and PS, it is that with Luminar Neo I cut in half my workflow time due to AI features. I think I am doomed because I don’t have plans to upgrade my PC” Troubleshooting continued…īy that time, I was really concerned because I had deliveries to make and of course record the video tutorial for my YouTube Channel. I replied: “How come now the system requirements is the issue as it was working just fine. What? Now the processor is not supported. Namely, the system requires AMD Ryzen 5 or better / CPU Intel® Core™ i5 or better. One hour after my last email they answered the following: “ I ‘m sorry to say so, but your processor doesn’t meet the tech requirements – AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics. They provided the instructions of how to get the “System Summary” and export it. They answer back two hours after asking for this: “ Could you please let us know your hardware configuration?”. They answered back to me the next day telling me this: “Let’s try to restore from backup” to which I answered that I had already reinstalled Luminar Neo. Now it was time to call for HELP! Asked for helpĪfter the steps and attempts described above, I decided to open a ticket with the Skylum support team. Tested Lightroom and Photoshop: Both programs worked fine, but when opening Luminar Neo as a plugin the computer crashed!! I will not bore you with my frustration and attempts in trying to fix it by my own, but I will share below the things I did trying to find the root cause to fix it: Now I was worried about the problem and surprised because it was working just fine a few hours ago. I started to receive “not enough ram” messages from Windows, the processor fan was running like crazy, and the overall performance of the PC was diminished. Problems started if I had Photoshop or LR opened at the same time as Luminar Neo. Both softwares worked fine alone or interacting with each other. I then decided to test Photoshop and Lightroom to see how they behave. The program started to suddenly quit and/or restart by itself and none of the edits were recorded. I tried to fix it by closing and opening Luminar Neo, and guess what, it got even worse. When the PC restarted and I opened the program again, the issue got worse. I said to myself, don’t panic, a simple computer restart will help. Also, the AI features took forever to complete, and, in most cases, there were not applied. Basically, when I stared editing a photograph and I tried to move a slider it was sluggish and lagged a lot. In this section I will describe the problem. I have a PC running Windows 11Pro, 16GB of RAM, 550GB SSD Ryzen 3 3200G Processor with integrated graphics. Even when running the screen capture software and other tools I use to make my videos, the program ran perfectly fine. Out of the blue I noticed that the program was running extremely slow, behaved strange and that something wasn’t right. A few days ago, I started preparing the content for my next video tutorial, I selected the photograph to edit, crafted the workflow in paper, established the recording timing and structure, and opened Luminar Neo as I always do. |
